Shipping Question #1
What is your shipping policy?
We ship all purchases using UPS, USPS or FedEx within the United States with free ground shipping for all orders. You can request UPS or FedEx for expedited shipping.

How long does it take my order to ship?
We use USPS as our default shipping method because of their ability to reach every home and businesses in America, as well as their best-in-the-industry sustainability programs. Your order should reach you in a week, often less.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Yes, we can air ship products to you if you need it right away. Depending on when you need it, we will ship either USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex. Expedited packages are subject to an additional charge, depending on weight and where it is going. When you go through the ordering process and select expedited delivery, you will see how much shipping will cost before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and can only accept credit cards with US addresses. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

OK, I’d like to know your entire shipping policy?
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. All orders are shipped in the order they are received Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm EST. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship after they are received. "Pre-Order" items are noted on Appalatch product and detail pages and will ship as they become available. For “Pre-Order” items, Appalatch will not charge your credit card until items have shipped. We primarily use USPS to deliver our orders. In special cases, UPS & FedEx are available for large orders or items that must be expedited. Appalatch will send you a tracking # as provided by the shipping carrier, as your order ships. Please note that orders using 1st Class International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking tracking reports. Once an order ships from Appalatch, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided with as a parcel ships. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

What is your exchange & return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your clothing, you can send it back to us within 30-days of you receiving your order. We only accept returns and exchanges on unused, unaltered and unwashed merchandise. For orders within the US, product exchanges are free and we will pay all inbound and outbound shipping charges. For returns, we will deduct the inbound shipping charges from your refund.

To start the return/exchange process, please email us at within 30 days of you receiving your order.

Once your return or exchange request has been received, we will email you a prepaid return shipping address for you to print, attach and then drop off with UPS or USPS.

Please tell me again what your return and exchange policy is?
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within thirty (30) days of the delivery confirmation date. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size, color or product. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, since we do not retain credit card information from our customers. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

We are a small company with a big dream to change the way clothing is made, sold and used. To get the highest quality, longest lasting clothing to you at a fantastic price, we choose to produce very small batches of clothes at a time. Depending on how styles, colors and sizes sell, we replenish often but sometimes things sell out faster than we can make them. Signing up for a waitlisted item allows us to alert you of an item before anyone else can buy it.

We introduce new items throughout the year, and from time to time, offer items that people can pre-order before actually going on sale. By preordering an item, you can ensure that you’ll be one of the few people that receive our limited run of clothing. If you do preorder, we will not charge your credit card until your order ships.
